1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GetTimetracker.app ("the Service"), operated by Wellmade ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Belgium.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GetTimetracker.app is a web-based time tracking application. The Service allows users to create clients, projects, and tasks, log time entries, generate reports, and export data. The Service is provided "as available" and we continuously work to improve it.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing & Payment

The Service is offered under the following plans:

  • Starter — $12/year ($1/month): Up to 2 users per workspace. All features including CSV export.
  • Teams — $60/user/year ($5/user/month): 3 or more users. Everything in Starter plus full API access.

All plans are billed annually. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

5. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wellmade. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or behavioural tracking of any kind. CSV export is available on all plans so you can always retrieve your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellmade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability in ways that are not permitted under applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation. Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law remain unaffected.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

By starting to use the Service immediately upon subscription, you consent to waive this right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. You will be asked to confirm this consent during the sign-up process.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence that may apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
